Welcome to the Mesquite Ranch Neighborhood Association website. YOUR association is registered with, and recognized by City government including the Tucson Mayor and Council, Ward IV Staff, Department of Neighborhood Resources, and many city services.
* * * NOTICE TO RESIDENTS * * * Please plan to attend the next regular meeting of your Mesquite Ranch Neighborhood Association on July 7, 2009 at the Senita Valley Elementary School multi purpose room. The MRNA will receive a presentation from Mr. Kevin Carney, Principal of the new Rincon Vista Elementary School, opening on July 20, 2009. In addition, there will be a review of the Marquette Street access to the school grounds. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the board at mrna@mesquiteranch.org and we'll be happy to address your issue. Please check the MRNA website for the latest news & updates.
- 7/8/2009 - Ward IV Crime and Fraud Prevention Forum
- Council Member Shirley Scott would like to invite all MRNA residents to the upcoming Ward IV Crime and Fraud Prevention Forum. This event will be an opportunity for residents to learn more about crime and fraud impacting Arizona, including methamphetamine, human smuggling, drug trafficking, identity theft, consumer scams, elder abuse and Internet safety.
The Forum will be moderated by Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard. Tucson Police Chief Roberto Villaseņor, Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, Pima County Attorney Barbara LaWall, and Ward 4 Aide Andy Squire will be panelists. Please click HERE to view an event flyer.

- * * * Notice to Residents * * * ALL MR residents are invited to attend this MRNA REGULAR MEETING. Residents will consider AND VOTE on new board members. If you would like to voluntarily serve your community, or if you know of someone that may be interested, this is an excellent opportunity to get onboard and make a difference. It only takes a few hours a week and there are opportunities to serve on projects like the Houghton Road Widening Project, off-road and firearm safety, vandalism and graffiti abatement, and social/community service projects. Come and consider sharing your talents for the benefit of the community!

- 8/4/2009 - Marquette Street Access to School Complex to be Reviewed
- Vail School District is nearing completion of the new Middle School facilities. MRNA residents voted to review the issue of vehicular and pedestrian access at the Marquette Street access point in August 2009. Please plan to attend the August Annual meeting to contribute in discussing and voting on this important issue.
- 5/15/2009 - Traffic Enforcement Focus on Speeding/ATVs
- TPD Traffic Division has informed MRNA of speed and ATV enforcement in and around the Mesquite Ranch subdivision in the near future. Residents are reminded that the speed limit on Bilby Road is 25 miles per hour and City statutes prohibit off-road operation of ATVs within 1/4 mile of any structure. Properly licensed ATVs may operate on city streets only. Please exercise caution when driving near Metropolitan Street and the Elementary School area especially when children and parents are present.
